This page sets out Webtraditor's intellectual-property notice, how we handle ICC and third-party material, your licence to our content, and our notice-and-takedown procedure for copyright complaints.
All software, source code, user interfaces, prompts, rule-packs, article commentary, book content, tour videos, illustrations, logos, product names ("Webtraditor", "Advanced Academy of Digital Trade", "Trade Auditor", "Trade Conduit", "Trade Regula™"), and related marks are the intellectual property of [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] or its licensors, and are protected under Indian copyright and trademark law, the Berne Convention, TRIPS, and applicable international treaties.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and your subscription tier, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your internal business or educational purposes only. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
You may not copy, download in bulk, distribute, sublicense, publish, resell, adapt for training a competing model, or otherwise commercially exploit our content — including Academy modules, rulebook commentaries, book chapters, tour videos, and Trade Regula briefs — without our prior written consent.
Webtraditor does not reproduce copyrighted ICC publications (UCP 600, ISBP 821, URDG 758, ISP 98, ISDGP, eUCP) in full. Where we quote article headings, we do so under fair-use / educational-commentary principles. All commentary and analysis around those publications is our original expression and is copyright [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] © 2026. To purchase the underlying ICC publications, visit iccwbo.org or your local ICC national committee.
You retain full ownership of the trade-finance documents, correspondence and other content you upload to the Service. You grant us a limited licence to process, store, transmit, display and analyse your content solely to deliver the Service to you. We do not use your uploaded content to train external models, and we do not share it beyond the sub-processors listed in our Privacy Policy.
"Webtraditor", the Webtraditor logo, "Trade Regula™", "Advanced Academy of Digital Trade" and other product names are trademarks of [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], registered or pending in one or more jurisdictions. You may not use them in a way that suggests our endorsement, partnership or affiliation with your product without prior written consent.
If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to [CONTACT EMAIL] including: (i) your contact details and a physical or electronic signature; (ii) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; (iii) the URL or precise location of the allegedly infringing material; (iv) a statement, made in good faith, that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; (v) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate. Notices sent to any other address will not be actioned.
We aim to acknowledge complete notices within 2 business days and to make a takedown decision within 10 business days. We reserve the right to reject notices that are incomplete, abusive, or not made in good faith.
If you believe your content was mistakenly removed, you may send a counter-notice to the same address including the same categories of information plus a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake or misidentification. We will forward the counter-notice to the original complainant and may restore the content after 10 business days unless the complainant institutes judicial proceedings.
We terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual-property rights.
