These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Webtraditor — the Digital Trade Ecosystem — including the Advanced Academy of Digital Trade, Trade Auditor, Trade Conduit, AI Trade Advisor and Trade Regula™. Please read them carefully.
By creating an account, accessing content, or using any part of Webtraditor (the "Service") you accept these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a bank, corporate, fintech or other legal entity, you warrant that you are authorised to bind that entity to these Terms.
Webtraditor is a Digital Trade Ecosystem operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] and consists of:
• Advanced Academy of Digital Trade — self-paced learning modules, rulebook commentaries, book reader and Daily Case Studies.
• Trade Auditor — automated Letter of Credit examination under UCP 600, ISBP 821 and the LC Discrepancy Master; TBML and sanctions screening.
• Bank Guarantee vetting under URDG 758, ISDGP and ISP 98.
• AI Trade Advisor — an AI copilot answering trade-finance questions with citations.
• Trade Regula™ — a Bloomberg-style intelligence terminal for global trade risk.
• Trade Conduit — cross-border deal-execution rails (where enabled).
The Service is a decision-support tool. All issuance, advising, honouring, refusing, reporting and settlement decisions remain the responsibility of the relevant bank, corporate or professional. Webtraditor does not provide legal, regulatory, financial or investment advice.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of forming a binding contract in your jurisdiction. The Service is not intended for consumers; it is designed for trade-finance and compliance professionals.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [CONTACT EMAIL] of any unauthorised use. We may suspend an account showing signs of compromise, brute-force attempts or violation of these Terms.
The Service offers a free tier (limited previews) and paid subscription tiers. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle, in the currency shown at checkout (typically USD via Stripe, or INR via Razorpay). Token-based one-off purchases are non-refundable except as required by law or by our Refund Policy at /refunds. Taxes (GST, VAT, sales tax) are charged where applicable. Your subscription auto-renews unless you cancel it before the next renewal date via your account settings.
You confirm that: you have the right to upload each document you submit; you will not upload personal data of third parties without their consent; you will not use the Service to facilitate any unlawful activity, sanctioned transaction or money-laundering scheme; you will keep your credentials secure; you will comply with your own internal policies and applicable trade-finance regulations; and you will not misrepresent Webtraditor outputs as legal advice or as regulator-approved determinations.
You must not: reverse-engineer or decompile the Service; attempt to extract the underlying examiner prompts, model weights or proprietary rules; scrape, mirror, cache or resell access; exceed the rate or tier limits applicable to your account; upload malware or content that violates a third party's rights; or use the Service to process transactions with sanctioned parties. All software, source code, prompts, rule-packs, article commentary, tour videos, and Academy educational materials are the intellectual property of [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] or its licensors. You retain ownership of the documents you upload; you grant us a limited licence to process them only to deliver the Service. See the Copyright & IP page at /copyright.
Anonymous and pending-approval users have access to a limited preview (first two Academy articles, first three discrepancies, TBML and PDF download locked). Approved paid accounts have full access subject to their subscription tier. We may change free-tier limits with reasonable notice.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that examiner output is free of errors, that every discrepancy will be caught, that every sanctions hit will be returned, or that AI-generated commentary is error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from your use of the Service is capped at the fees paid by you in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100 where no fees have been paid. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] and its affiliates from any claim, damage, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any third-party right.
We may suspend or terminate your account without notice for a material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or activity that endangers the security or integrity of the Service. On termination, your subscription rights cease and we will delete your uploaded documents in accordance with the Privacy Policy retention schedule, subject to legal-hold obligations.
